Collabro Limited is a wholly-owned subsidiary of a private company – Logic Business Services Limited (LBSL).
Our history
Collabro was founded as part of LOGIC (Leading Oil and Gas Industry Competitiveness) in 1999 by the Government's Oil and Gas Industry Task Force to improve competitiveness in the UKCS by targeting efficiencies in the supply chain.
In 2004, LOGIC was split to a not-for-profit subsidiary of UKOOA and Logical Advantage Limited – a private commercial company.
In 2006, Logical Advantage Limited changed its name and brand to Collabro Limited in order to convey our specialism in the delivery and governance of multi-participant collaborative businesses.
