EEMS
Overview
In 2006 Collabro was engaged by DECC to project manage the recovery and commissioning of a fully functioning system and provide ongoing technical and help desk support.
Following a joint strategic review of EEMS with DECC, Collabro project managed the commissioning of an enhanced EEMS with technology partner Fivium. In 2010, EEMS is now integrated into the DECC oil portal and offers advanced functionality and reliability.
Client Background
EEMS is the UK Environmental and Emissions Monitoring System for the Department of Energy and Climate Change (DECC).
The system captures green house gas emissions data directly from operators into one central repository.
Developed and managed by Collabro with technology partner Fivium, EEMS allows UK government and the oil and gas industry to monitor CO2 emissions to help meet environmental targets.
