Janice Grant-Shaw: Operations DirectorJanice has extensive experience in the delivery and management of diverse systems within the Oil and Gas Industry.
In 2003, she joined Collabro as the Vantage POB Operations Manager. In 2007 she moved into the role of Operations Director and is responsible for the day to day running of Collabro.
Janice leads the establishment of joint-ventures such as Collabro Environmental Services Limited - the Tracker environmental data management service. | |

Alistair Punt: Facilitation LeadAlistair joined the LOGIC team in 2000 as a Collaborative Project Co-ordinator after 14 years working in the subsea sector of the UK upstream oil and gas industry. Alistair continues in this role at Collabro following the spin-out from LOGIC.
His main area of responsibility is facilitating a wide variety of activities from specific workshops for single client companies to multiple-participant cross industry groups.
Alistair is involved in many other aspects of the company, most notably marketing, which allows him to draw on many years of experience in business development. | |

Gwen Moran: Contract Management
Prior to joining Collabro (then LOGIC) in 2003, Gwen worked in the Pharmaceutical industry for 13 years, initially as a development chemist then in a commercial function.
At Collabro she has two main areas of accountability:
• Contract Manager on behalf of a UK government department (DECC) for the operation of the UK’s Environmental and Emissions Monitoring System (EEMS). Collabro managed this service from development through to live operation.
• Contract Management training. This involves working with a company on training needs analysis of the area of Contract Management that requires awareness or education. Gwen follows this through with the development and delivery of bespoke course material.

Kevin Walker: IT and ProjectsKevin joined Collabro in 2007 as the Operations Manager for the Vantage POB service – a position that he held until July 2009.
Before Collabro, Kevin worked in software development for 16 years as a project manager and consultant. Along the way, he picked up Prince II Practitioner and ISO 9001 TickIT Auditor qualifications.
Kevin is currently responsible for Collabro’s IT infrastructure, Quality Management System and Project Management of a collaborative development for nine oil and gas operators.
