Collabro's training service has helped many companies to become more effective particularly in contract management. Courses have been delivered for pre- and post- contract award management.
Our professional trainers are involved from conception to delivery, dependent on the approach preferred by the client. We have developed a depth of knowledge and have worked with our clients to develop and deliver sessions that add value to their organisation. The Collabro service also provides continual monitoring and improvement of the material and delivery approach throughout the workshops.
Collabro can create professional training material from first principles or take material from an organisation and manoeuvre it into a style suitable for a learning workshop environment. This involves participative exercises and/or case studies often using contracts the client attendees have personal responsibility for day-to-day at the office.
We also work with teams involved with one specific contract with or without the supplier of the materials/service involved, and we focus on issues such as current market conditions, supplier relationship management and corporate governance, depending on the client's preference.
