From our work to date we note the trend that one of the key areas common to both is in the area of Contract Management, in particular in the Post-Contract award area where waste (time, cost, resource) and risk to the business accumulates.
We have thus developed a range of interactive workshops to assist companies such as yours to improve their situation and below is a shopping list of topics and modules which may constitute a Contracts Management Workshop.
