Post Contract Management

Collabro and The Louisville Consultancy have worked together for over a year now on a wide range of Supply Chain Management and Business Improvement opportunities both in the UK and overseas.

From our work to date we note the trend that one of the key areas common to both is in the area of Contract Management, in particular in the Post-Contract award area where waste (time, cost, resource) and risk to the business accumulates.

We have thus developed a range of interactive workshops to assist companies such as yours to improve their situation and below is a shopping list of topics and modules which may constitute a Contracts Management Workshop. The list is not exhaustive and additional topics may be sourced and included as required specific to your requirements.

By selecting the topics which you feel less confident in or have only partial knowledge, and ignoring the ones you believe you have existing expertise, will give us the basis to design a company specific Post Contract Management interactive workshop to raise your awareness on these topics. This can be done by individuals or be on behalf of a department or even company and we would see it not just limited to the procurement function. Experience shows that all parts of the company process should be involved right from engineering/operational requisitioning through to accounts payable.

We would appreciate you selecting the areas you would consider in a Contracts Management workshop and look forward to receiving your requirements to gwen.moran@collabro.co.uk
